We will be making a little heart shaped mirror
This is my first pixel tut so I ask that you have patience with me here. :)
I'm making this in Photo Shop but am writing this so all can do it.
Here's a color palette if you want to use it.

Open a new transparent image, 120 Height 71 width
With your pencil tool (size 1 opacity 100%) draw the image below
Click the image to get a big view & for numbers to use.
After you are done drawing the outline, select the heart section
then flood fill with color of your choice (I used #F195F9).
Then modify & contract by 4 & flood fill with #999499
Then modify & contract by 1 & flood fill with #E7E1E7
Then filters eye candy & cutout with settings that you like.
Then select the handle part & flood fill with #CB8D5D
Then filters eye candy & cutout with settings that you like.
Your image should look like this..

Now you can decorate it anyway you'd like or leave as it is.
I added a little doll & made her blink & my name.
