We can't go to Paris without new shoes now can we!!
I'm making this in Photo Shop but am writing this so all can do it.
Decide what colors you want to use & draw the shoe & box
outline in the darker color of your choice
Here's a color palette if you want to use it.

Open a new transparent image, 99 Height 74 width
With your pencil tool (size 1 opacity 100%) draw the image below
Click the image to get a big view & for numbers to use.
After you are done drawing the outline, select the main shoe sections
then flood fill with color of your choice (I used #B7FAC2).
Then filters eye candy & cutout with settings that you like.
Then select the box sections & flood fill with the color you want
I used #F5BEF8
Then filters eye candy & cutout with settings that you like.

Select the inner part of the shoe (where your foot would rest)
flood fill color of your choice, I used #CBC7C7
Then filters eye candy & cutout with settings that you like.

Now select the little button
flood fill color of your choice, I used #F2DF09
Then filters eye candy & cutout with settings that you like.
Now you are done & can decorate it anyway you'd like or leave as it is.
