We will be making a little victorian hat

I'm making this in Photo Shop but am writing this so all can do it.
Decide what colors you want to use & draw the different parts of the
outline in the darker color of your choice
Part 1 Main Part of Hat
Open a new transparent image, 67 Height 109 width
With your pencil tool (size 1 opacity 100%) draw the first part of the image below


Keep your image open & save it & go on to part 2.
Part 2 Feather Part of Hat
With your pencil tool (size 1 opacity 100%) draw the next (feathers) part of the image below


Keep your image open & save it & go on to part 3.
Part 3 Bow Part of Hat
With your pencil tool (size 1 opacity 100%) draw the next (bow) part of the image below


When your hat is done flood fill each part with color of your choice.
Then filters eye candy & cutout with settings that you like, or tool shade.
To make the feathers look better, take your
smallest brush tool & draw some lines in them
in a darker color.
Now you are done & can decorate it anyway you'd like or leave as it is.
